Customer service reps were very courteous and knowledgable. They answered their phone calls promptly. never had to wait too long to talk to someone. They came up with quotes quickly. this was my 1st car move and they explained the whole process from start to finish. They were right on for the pickup day and time and the delivery day itself turned out to be 1 day early! The price I paid was about average. Some carriers were very cheap, but I dont think their service would be as good as Magic Carpet. Some carriers were super expensive. I think Magic Carpets price was very fair considering the service they gave me.
