I used Magic Carpet Auto Transport at the recommendation of the previous owner of the vehicle I purchased. He had used them the previous month and was pleased with the service and professionalism they exhibited.

I dealt specifically with Nicole Hancock with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. She was very friendly and outgoing on the telephone and was able to answer any and all questions without having to refer to any material or any other people in her office. In short, she knew the process inside and out and was able to guide me through it quickly and professionally. She never had a "hard sell" mentality but laid out the options and timeframes and costs and let me come to my own decisions. Nicole maintained an email dialogue throughout the process with updates as they became available.

The total trip was from southern California to Atlanta, GA. The trip time was right at a week for a cost of $920. Nicole gave me an estimated lead time from order placement to vehicle pick up of 1 to 5 days. Approximately 2 hours later, I received a confirmation that the vehicle would be picked up the next day - the early side of the window.

The overall experience was very smooth and professional. I would highly recommend them for vehicle transportation needs.
