Stephanie was great, took the time to let me know exactly what was going on. She went out of her way to help with dropoff as it was going to happen when dropoff destination(business) was closed. I would definitely use Magic Carprt again and also recommend them to others. Dropoff was a few days late but I didn't think the dropoff date could be met so no problem when it arrived a bit late. No damage to vehicle, arrived as shipped. Price was very competetive, totally happy with my experience as I was a bit shy of the entire process being a 1st time shipper.
