Set up of pickup was on short notice but no problem. They organized a truck carrier who is a smaller company so he is your contact, driver, etc, all. I liked this. Some of the car hauler companies are big and you are sometimes are just an invoice #. Nicole very friendly,easy to work with. The only negative: Magic Carpet call screening...I just wanted talk to my rep but you go through a "procedure" to get to them every time you call.
