Magic Carpet was great - they were always available to talk on the phone and were polite at all times. If ever Nicole was not available, she would call back as soon as she was available. As promised, they did not cash the deposit fee until the car was delivered to us in Naples. The trucking company was also great - Odessa trucking - and we felt good about giving them our car to transport. I would definitely use Magic Carpet again to transport a car and give them the highest recommendation.
