I booked the service way in advance. Towards the shipping time, I was informed that they were still trying to get me a truck service.

Nick became my dispatcher and communication between the truck driver Vlad and I. He was very prompt and kept me informed at all times.
Crystal handled my balance and overall general questions. She was very sweet and informative.

It was my first time getting my car shipped and I was nervous.
Vlad from White Nights trucking was my driver. He was really nice and we had good communication. So I felt at ease throughout the whole week. I didn't feel like I needed to check up, but also I was really busy shipping off my household goods as well.

Also, I wasn't on too much of a time crunch. My timing was really flexible so I feel that it worked well, in that whatever needed to happen (such as delays or changes) I was okay with being accomodating.

I would use this service again if I needed to ship my car and would recommend the company.
Overall very good experience.
