This is the first time I have ever bought a vehicle sight unseen that was too far away to realistically drive it. So, I entered into the unknown world of auto shipping. I did a lot of research on the web and decided to work with Magic Carpet. Their price was in line (fractionally higher) but the entire process of relating to them on a business level was entirely pleasant. Excellent communication and very efficient. They used telephone and email as appropriate and made it clear who I should call if I had any questions. I felt like they really wanted to do a good job. Thank you Stephanie!

Most importantly, my nicely restored 1950 GMC pickup arrived in perfect condition after about 8 days from my first contact with them. The driver was very helpful as I was across country on a business trip and had to have my Dad meet him. The driver even drove it into the garage for us. There is no doubt I would use them again.

The only thing that I was surprised by was the surcharge on the down payment if I used a credit card. If this was in the quote it was not clear to me. It was a minimal amount but I was still taken back. They did offer other payment options but I was out of town (again) and took the path of least resistance and used the card.

Finally, in full disclosure, they offer you a rebate if you review the experience. Although I will be pleased to receive it, the rebate has not tainted my review in any way. I would use them again without hesitation
