Great Service! Timely response! Very knowledgeable and courteous staff...through & through! Basically, I needed to get my VW Beetle from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina at the best price & time. I mulled over several companies and decided to choose Magic Carpet because of the rave reviews from this sight and the low cost of the transport. As a first time car shipper I was more apprehensive. Fortunately, just as soon as I received a quote, with a day or so driver was dispatched and came to get my car a couple days earlier than expected! I certainly was ready! Crystal was very personable & knowledgeable with over 4 years experience. Nicole was very very helpful in providing me with the much needed information for the carrier. Overall, it was a pretty breezy experience. I would most definitely use Magic Carpet Transport again!
