Nicole is really knowledgeable in what her doing. Magic Carpet knows how to deal with their customer's expectations. One thing I loved was having only one point of contact which is Nicole. She surely made sure that everything went well from the time of getting my order through the delivery of my car. I don't need to call her, she's the one who's calling me for updates regarding my order. She let me know everything I needed to know even if I didn't ask for it. I'm really satisfied. The carrier she gave to me was great too. I will definitely recommend Magic Carpet to my friends.
