Highly recommend using crystal - she was easy to reach with questions, and would provide daily updates on status - this was a delivery from CA to Ohio. The original pick up date was Saturday, but they called earlier and picked up on a thursday. I was able to get the vehicle by th e next thursday. I suggest using a trucking company with 2 drivers since they are each only allowed to drive 500 miles per day.
