This was a shipment from Truckee, CA across country to McLean, VA. The pickup had to be by August 31, since I was leaving Truckee on Sept. 1. It was promised for Aug. 31 and the car was picked up that day in the morning. Because of the Labor Day weekend, it was promised in 10 days but actually showed up in 9. The trucker and service could not have been more efficient and the communication was excellent, ie. I was called the night before delivery to be advised as to the time and place. The transporter went out of his way to place the vehicle on the top so as to minimize dirt and possible damage. It could not have worked out better and we have no hesitation in using your service again. The delivery was made on an adjacent street but it was amazing that the truck could locate the street and actually use it. I was expecting a call about off-loading at a major intersection, but this was not the case. Another example of how efficient the transporter was. It is clear that Magic Carpet uses the most reliable transporters and it certainly was demonstrated.
