The Magic Carpet folks were superb in keeping me uptodate on the status of the pickup, transport, and delivery. There was a minor hitch when I was out of town couldn't be reached and therefore I was not available to confirm the pickup to the trucker. However, when Magic Carpet was available to get a hold of me, they quickly re-scheduled another carrier.
Nicole at Magic Carpet was extremely helpful in getting my car shipped to me and keeping me uptodate on everything. Other carriers warned me that because of low price, I would not get good service. Magic Carpet's bid was the lowest and I got excellent service! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed their vehicle transported. I will use Magic Carpet again myself should I ever need to ship another vehicle. I would also add that the trucking firm was very helpful in getting my car delivered right to my door in spite of the fact that I live in a remote area in Montana. He even tracked me down at my place of employment because cell service was too poor to contact me by phone! My car was received in excellent condition with no scratches, dents or chips. It was exactly the way it was left at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. The carrier took excellent care of the car. One of the other things I really was impressed with was the service Magic Carpet provided, especially Nicole. She was always very friendly, helped when I was out of town, and was always very professional on the phone. She was also reachable whenever I needed to talk to her. The service was excellent from start to finish. Once again, I would just reiterate that the price was very good, the service by the broker was excellent and the carrier itself went out of their way to make sure I had a good excperience with Magic Carpet Auto Tranporters. I would not hesitate to recommend Magic Carpet to my friends, family, or anyone else who requires the service they provide.
