I have never used this type of service before and I have heard that this is a very risky business. They will promise you the world but everything changes once you place the order. I must say I chose Magic Carpet because of its reviews and I was totally satisfied with the customer service. They did what they said they would do and actually exceeded my expectations by getting my truck to me early. Crystal was my single point of contact and she was excellent in explaining the process to me as well as tracking the transport. I will definitely use Magic Carpet and Crystal again.
