My shipment didn't start off well, as it was going on 12 days and no confirmation of any pick-up or delivery was being received from MCAT, and no one seemed to be able to provide any informatioin (when you could speack to someone). I finally asked what the problem may be and they told me they were having a problem with a carrier coming into Louisiana from Massachusetts. I asked them if we could change the pickup to Dallas, TX to see if we could get delivery. They immediately said that a carrier would pick up on this. The next morning I was contacted by MCAT with a carrier booked to pick up my car that same day. The carrier called me and gave me times and even delivered to Texarkana, which was closer to me than Dallas.

Everything went well with the delivery and MCAT did come through...just need a little better communication with the customer, even if they don't have info or can't locate carrier such as in my case.

Bruce thank you for the awesome review. I do apologize that the start of the transport didnt start off well. I will definetly take your suggestion into consideration. Hope to hear from you again for anthother auto transport. Take Care..~*Stephanie*~
