Crystal and everyone else I talked with at Magic Carpet were great. A carrier was selected whom they thought would we able to deliver the highest quality service - based on their historical knowledge of the carrier - as opposed to cheap or quick. Crystal was more than willing to "Chat With Me" about the processes and expectations going-in so that I would know what to expect and made me feel quite comfortable with Magic Carpet as my contact/broker. Crystal kept me informed as the scheduling was occuring and has been very professional, friendly and responsive all through the process. The carrier they chose - Palso - has turned out to be less than I would have expected though, but Crystal is continuing to be very responsive in assisting me with contacting the carrier to attempt to get retribution for some leak/drip damage that occured during transport. She has also assured me that the carrier is now on Magic Carpet's "Do Not Use" list.
