I decided to use Magic Carpet to transport a Toyota Corolla from Michigan to Massachusetts because of the reviews on this site. I've had to ship 3 cars in the past 15 years but this was the first time I used Magic Carpet. I was not disappointed in the service. The staff at Magic Carpet was professional and answered all my questions. Once I committed my order, I received timely emails and phone calls to let me know what was happening with my order. Within 2 days my car was en route to its destination.

Overall the process was very smooth and I would definitely use Magic Carpet Auto again.

One thing you should understand is that Magic Carpet is a broker and will subcontract to an actual transport company to ship your car. This helps you as long as Magic Carpet only contracts with reputable carriers. In my case, I was very happy with the company (Coast to Coast Auto Transport) and the driver Kurt was great.

For the purposes of full disclosure, Magic Carpet offered me a $50.00 rebate if I filled out a review on transportreviews.com. That's ANY review, even a poor one. Obviously, they are very confident of their service. I think it shows in their review history that customer satisfaction is high.
