Although I was discouraged at first because it was a week before the vehicle was picked up, it arrived a day early and the driver was one of the friendliest and kindest people I've met. Very helpful and accomodating. Crystal was great and supportive. Eveything went well and now we have our VW Bus in our own driveway. Thank you!
