I recently had a challenging auto transport from Idaho to California and due to the wonderful customer service from Crystal and her amazing follow-through, the transaction went very well! Crystal kept in touch with me to keep me updated on the driver's progress and called me on delivery day and has called since then to make sure I was happy with the service. Needless to say, I was very happy and my car was delivered without incident. I would strongly recommend Magic Auto and more specifically, ask for Crystal!
