I had to ship my aunt's car from Southern CA to Chicago and my aunt had a number of somewhat difficult parameters, such as a specific date of delivery in Chicago, price, etc. I called a number of different companies and I finally decided on Magic Carpet because of their many positive reviews, as well as because I felt very comfortable with my account executive, Nicole. She was really great and you could tell that she was doing her best for me, which was very much appreciated. Nicole kept me in the loop throughout the process and definitely made me comfortable with everything, even though everything was not all under her control, since she can't control truck problems or delays. Anyway, to make a long story short, everything worked out perfectly, and my aunt's car was delivered in Chicago without any problems whatsoever. Thanks so much Nicole!
