Bad reviews on other companies and positive reviews on Crystal at Magic Carpet Auto Transport led me in their direction and I was not disappointed. Crystal was very responsive throughout the process which is good because I feared once my order was booked I’d never hear from the broker again. The driver was on time and delivered both of my vehicles on the day I flew to CA – great timing as this minimized my rental car requirements. Overall a very positive experience in an uncertain industry.
