After getting a few quotes from different companies, I was directed to this site to see what other customers had experienced with various companies. I chose Magic Carpet due to the quanitity and overall scores given in customer reviews. In my career working with the general public I've come to realize that no matter what your efforts, it's practically impossible to make everyone happy all of the time. If you do your best and you do it often enough, eventually your still going to mess up from time to time. Magic Carpets reviews were plentiful (displaying to me they aren't just a fly by night company) and the reviews were generally over all very good. Their price wasn't the cheapest, but they also weren't the most expensive either. Communication thoughout the transaction and transport was very good. While I was concerned and a bit nervous about having a car I had never seen before transported to me, I had a good feeling that everything was going to be OK. I got a call from the driver the day before it arrived with information on general delivery time. While the driver had a couple of delays due to a couple of cars he had to pick up along the way and having a blowout due to the 100+ degree Texas heat, I was updated on those delays appropriatly. Once the driver showed up with the vehicle he showed great care in unloading the vehicle and didn't rush me at all in my inspection. As a matter of fact he gave me some pointers in how to best inspect a vehicle for damage. There wasn't any damage to the vehicle at all as I and another family member both looked the car over very closely. I paid the remaining balance to the driver and he was on his way to his next destination.
Overall, my experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport and Nicole was exceptional and very worthy of my recommendation to anyone else looking to having a vehicle transported in the future. I only purchase a vehicle once every 5-6 years. However, if need be, I would definetly use this company again and ask for Nicole as well.
