Having come off a classically horrible experience with another broker A Blue Knight Transport, I was reluctant to contact another broker. After reading the reviews on transportreviews.com, i picked up the phone and spoke with Magic Carpet. Immediately I felt comfortable in speaking with Stephanie. She was informative, courteous, and managed my expectation in a professional way. Montana is difficult place to schedule a pick up but Magic Carpet prevailed where the other failed badly. I would recommend them to anyone who asked and would not hesitate to use them again. I also liked their no-risk payment policy
