I had an excellent experience with the transport company. I was contacted right away by Kathy to arrange delivery. When I had questions in regards to dates and delivery times, she was very responsive and patient. She promptly arranged a pleasantly fast delivery schedule with a good reliable carrier. I soon got a call from George, the driver, who was very responsive and respectful. He made sure that the day and time of pickup would work for me. The driver called me again a day ahead of delivery time and again within 3 hours of the same. Being a busy person, receiving the car about 2 days ahead of estimated schedule was a pleasant surprise. The car arrived in safe and good condition.
The friendliness, promptness and excellent service rendered by Kathy all the way to George made this a very pleasant and hassle-free experience.
Magic Carpet Auto Transport is superb and I will have no hesitation in using them again.
