I purchased a new car from San Diego and required to have it transported to Chicago. After looking at Magic Carpet's reviews, I called and was connected to Crystal. This was my first vehicle transport. I asked many many questions RE: the process and Crystal was extremely helpful and patient. After recieving several other quotes and reviewing customer ratings from other shipping companies, I decided to go with Magic Carpet.

Crystal continued her excellent customer service throughout the process as I requested several shipping status updates and she called the driver in real time. This greatly exceeded my expectations. The car was picked up ontime and made its trip in a timely manner.

Overall, I was vey satisfied with Magic Carpet and would use them again.
