Crystal at Magic Carpet worked tirelessly to find a carrier for my car during a very busy time period. The car was picked up one day late, but the driver was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, he became ill during his drive across the country so my car was nearly a week late in arriving. I wish the driver would have called to let me know the status of my car earlier, but once he did reach out he was very professional and easy to work with in arranging delivery. Overall, I'm thrilled that my car arrived in very good condition and that Magic Carpet was such an honest company to work with. Crystal was a terrific customer-service representative.
