I want to start by saying thank you for taking the time to do the review. I apologize for the delays you had with the carrier on your vehicle. On my behalf I gave you a five star customer service, and was always available for you as well as worked with the carrier on the delay of the pickup. I know it was a hard time for you in your life and I’m sorry for that, but at no time did I try not to give you the best service that you deserve. I hope you change your mind in the future if you need transport service again and you think of the great service that I provided to you then and will always
