My overall experience was excellent. My Cascade rep, Tayler was excellent, and her follow-through was also very good. The trucker and driver was one of the most friendly and accommodating as I could ask for. The drivers name was Mike, and we stayed in touch with each other the whole route. He was about 12 hours delayed, but when you envision the number of car/SUV pickups and deliveries he had to make the 12 hour delayed was to me still amazing service. In fact, Mike delivered my SUV at 7:30 in the morning because he knew I needed my truck, and to do this he had to take off 3 cars on the transport truck behind mine, and then take mine off. Mike earned the handsome gratuity I gave him for doing this, and I would in a heartbeat use Cascade again.
