Doug was the broker for this move where we shipped 2 cars. He is a very personable and helpful guy. The initial quote/estimate was $1500, the trucking company wanted more, so he negotiated his broker fees and shipping fees with the trucking company and actually gave up some of his fee to help us out with the total fee which came out to $1525.

Doug coordinated the move as we wanted the pickup to occur on a Thursday but the driver could not show up until Friday. Doug stayed in contact with us and the truck driver until the cars were picked up, at which time he charged his fee and was done.

The good: Doug negotiated a good price and coordinated with the trucking company for pickup as much as he could.
The bad: Wish we had a better choice of trucking companies, I was not pleased with the pickup situation or the shape of the cars at delivery.
