If you want to "get-er-done": quickly - on-time - at a fair price - and a never quit attitude, then utilize Doug Whatford and Magic Carpet Auto Transport! I had heard the horror stories of some of the more unscrupulous transport companies and I was fearful of being "ripped-off". I originally requested the transport of an ATV/ORV 4-wheel vehicle from CA to MI and indicated to Doug that I was not in a particular hurry. He asked me to call him back in a week to allow him time to research a carrier. I made the call a week later and, as promised, Doug had a carrier - from MI. He supplied me with information on the carrier so that I could research the carriers' business practices. I found that the carrier had been in operation for only a short period & I was leery about using a carrier with little operational experience. Doug was very confident about this un-tested carrier & based on his personal conversations with this owner/operator, We decided that it was a "go". I then realized I had an opportunity to transport an ATV trailer along with the ATV. Doug went to work with the carrier and found a way to deliver both at a reasonable price. I was overjoyed that Doug never flinched at the additional request! With the owner/operator's input, they devised a way to ship both units (one on top of the other) by letting out the air from the tires of both units in order to meet height requirements! The pick-up was right on time and the delivery was a day early! The driver called me before pick-up, after pick-up and several times en-route. The units arrived with no damage & the driver couldn't have been more helpful in unloading the cargo.

Doug & Magic Carpet came trough with flying colors! I used "Transport Reviews" to pick Magic Carpet as my transporter & specifically wanted Doug as my agent based on these reviews. I am leery no more! I heartily recommend Doug & Magic Carpet...
