The broker found a carrier quickly and was flexible in the pick-up date. The broker maintained prompt and timely communications from pick-up to delivery. The selected carrier was prompt, courteous, and professional. I was provided assurance that there were two drivers involved. The carrier called just before they were coming to give ample notice. They made a call during the trip for an update on delivery. They finally called on the delivery date for me to prepare for arrival. Everything went smoothly without delay.
