This was my first time shipping a car and I was a bit scared to do it on my own, not being knowledgable of what I was getting myself into. Luckily I chose to call Magic Carpet Auto Transport of all the car shipping companies and was helped by Brandon. From the very start he was very helpful and patient. Im in the military so my flexibility with phone use and time is difficult- Brandon has worked with many military families so he was very sensitive to these factors and still was able to give me the best customer service. Brandon helped me find the quote I was looking for and give me the estimation as to when my car could be picked up and when it was going to be delivered. It's very hard to find genuine customer service nowadays and I truly appreciate him for all he has done for me.
