The service provided by Lori was very good, she was honest and timely.
I had contacted a different (horrible) company first who made lots of promises and low-balled the estimate for transport of my car. In the end, it never got transported and I had a lot of trouble with that broker so I canceled my contract with them. Magic Carpet helped me out, but at first another guy was helping me but he apparently left the company without letting me know. So nothing happened regarding the transport of my car for three weeks until Lori took over and explained the situation to me. So,it was not her fault, and she immediately got to work and arranged transport for my vehicle within a few days, which I think would be a normal, great time frame for this company.
Bottom line is that transport of the car across the continent took 2 whole months but if I had worked with Magic carpet right away instead of the other company, I am convinced it would have been a faster thing and better experience. Ihighly recommend this company.
