Doug is a rock star!!!! I called him Friday morning to have my car shipped from Florida to California. He was super helpful, patient, friendly and personable. 30 minutes later I received a phone call from Doug saying he found a carrier for my car. He sent me the carrier phone number whom I was able to speak to directly. The carrier was also great and that SAME afternoon my car was picked up. 4 days later I received my car!! I am still in shock and jumping for joy that this process went so incredibly smoothly and without any problems. I really appreciated that Doug was my only contact person [aside from the driver/carrier] from start to finish since I instantly felt super comfortable with and trusted Doug! I had stressed for several weeks over finding a transport company that was reliable. I did my homework and selected Magic Carpet Auto Transport since they have a A rating with the BBB and also have a top rating with Transport Reviews. I can't say enough great things about how great my experience was! I will only use Doug at Magic Carpet Auto Transport for any future car moves. Thank you Doug!! You really saved the day for me and I really can't thank you enough!
