I hired Magic Carpet to ship my car from LA to NY. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. Although the original pickup was late by 2 days due to the carrier's schedule, my representative Lori Heasley was very informative and helpful and constantly gave me updates. She also followed up on numerous occasions just to check in and made me feel at ease. Overall, it was a great experience and I would use them again!
