I shipped a 4-door sedan from California to Virginia, never having used an auto transport company before. My experience was generally positive, as most of the issues that arose were due to a lack of carriers in the area for the location and date I needed the car picked up, and not with Magic Carpet Auto itself. Apparently Reno is hard to ship a car from. Once I got the car to a more populated area (California), things moved more quickly. The carrier was 5 days late with the delivery but again, that was more his fault than the company's. Customer service was excellent and polite otherwise.
