I worked directly with Doug from Magic Carpet Auto Transport. I had shipped a car before and felt that I understood most of concerns and possible issues that might come up. After a couple of conversations with Doug on the phone, I felt that he was the most straight forward with me on the different possible outcomes getting the car shipped. I was moving a 1955 Ford Fairlane from the Phoenix area to Central Kansas. Doug found me a hauler that had a great reputation and showed me all the reviews. I selected to go ahead and I felt that Doug met all of his obligations. He called me several time to make sure the car was picked up and in transit. He also called me a couple of times after the car was dropped off. I was not as satisfied with the hauler and will be posting my review. Doug has great customer service and I will call him directly next time I ship a car.
