I had been browsing forums for a new car when I came across the a model that suited my needs. After purchasing from the seller I needed a way to ship the car from CO to CA in a fairly short amount of time. I came across this site and looked at the top rated auto transporters and found Magic Carpet. My point of contact there was Sue Garrison, who was not only professional, but also very helpful. I informed her of my situation, at which point she gave me a price, one lower than I was originally quoted online, and told me that it might even be possible to arrange shipment that day. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about the promptness of the pickup, but lo and behold the car was picked up shortly after. Sue had told me that the car should arrive on Monday and that is exactly what happened. I had an overall very positive experience, except one minor hiccup.

Now this hiccup wasn't Magic Carpets fault, but the pickup driver for the company it was sourced to. The driver couldn't find 1st gear and put the car in 3rd and over revved and rode the clutch. Definitely not a good thing. However, after explaining this to Sue she gave clear instructions on how best to handle it once the car arrived. So overall good stuff.
