Jason- the broker rep- provided excellent service throughout the process and communicated with me very well.

The only minor point of misunderstanding was with whether or not the discounted $120 broker fee was included in the actual transport quote. It was not, due to what I believe was a true misunderstanding of the process on my part. My total cost for the transport plus brokerage fee was $770- instead of the $650 straight transport cost that I thought would be my total cost.
