The customer service is why I chose this company, Lori was a pleasure to work with and she made me feel comfortable during the entire process. After the first call to order the service I was told we would be contacted in the next couple of days after a transport was chosen. I received a call 10 miniutes after I hung up the phone and was told they had a transporter already and they could pick up the vehicle in the next 2 hours. I was excited to get my vehicle and was very happy I chose a five star rated company. I would use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again. Greg Wilson
