Sue was fantastic. I was quite anxious about the whole deal after spending hours reading the reviews online. I called several and finally landed on Magic Carpet because of how Sue treated me on the phone. The quote she gave me was a little on the high side (in comparison to others) but it's exactly what I ended up paying and I doubt it would have gotten picked up by the carriers if it had been too much lower. The carriers themselves were excellent as well and Sue contacted me throughout the process to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Overall, I highly recommend Magic Carpet and would use them again myself without hesitation.
