My first time experience was a positive one. Lloyd and Bryana of Magic Carpet Auto Transport were both professional and kept me up to date with any carrier news and prices. Lloyd also tried to keep the price as low as possible for me, which I appreciated. The carrier for my car, NAO Auto, also provided excellent service. The week of the pick up was a little shaky at first because they kept on postponing due to unforeseen circumstances and bad traffic, so that was a tiny bit frustrating. But I understood that it was an estimated pick up date and that things happen. The driver, Val, was good at calling me and keeping me up to date of his location and estimated pick up time. Val was also experienced and very careful with my car, which I really appreciated. His drop off date was earlier than expected, so that was great. Overall, I was very happy with both Magic Carpet Auto Transport and NAO Auto services. If I should decide to ship my car again, I would contact Lloyd again. Hopefully the next driver will be as good as Val too.
