Sue is very professional and knowledgeable! She is honest and doesn't try to be a salesman/woman. She makes sure that you're comfortable with the entire process before proceeding with any transaction. She is very patient in walking me through and explaining the entire car transport ordeal. I was confused with the whole thing at first, but with her thorough explanations, she put me at ease. She knows her stuff and she makes sure you know it as well.
