This was the first time i was using a vehicle transportation company. So i ensured that i read customer review before i can trust any one. Read lot about how this industry works. Its difficult to trsut one:-)

After going thru Transportreviews.com and a website http://www.autos.com/car-buying/best-5-dependable-car-shipping-companies-listed-by-user-reviews

i decided to go for Magic Carpet. Casey was the agent whom i worked with. Lori Heasley was my customer support.

Casey is a very nice person. He took care of finding a GOOD carrier. I realized how important is Carrier, ultimately he is the one who is going to drive ur vehicle. It took 3 days to find a carrier & another 4 days fro actual pick-up my vehicle.

Every time i called Lori (customer Service) to check if found a carrier they were patient enough to talk to me. Lori was always available on Phone & Email. That's what one need !!!


In One Sentence - Good Company, Good Customer Support, Always THERE to Track ur Vehicle, YOU dont Pay untill ur Vehicle is delievered.

BEST !!! Deserves to be # 1 Transport Company.
