Best customer service ever! I've never shipped a car, and Stacie, my customer service rep, is the reason I chose your company! First to return my inquiry, pleasant demeanor, calling not emailing, quote was not lowest nor highest, but because my need was a semi rush (within 2 weeks) she promised to get right back to me with a carrier. WOW! That afternoon she had an open transport going to Florida and I could expect pick-up that evening! Stacie said this was unusual to get one quite this fast but it certainly worked for me. As luck would have it the car was in Florida before I could get there, a minor logistical, but certainly not a complaint as the owner kept the car at her home no charge! Then delivered to my hotel, no charge! I know this sounds too good to be true but that's my experience with Magic Carpet and I will recommend you to anyone shipping a vehicle. Thank you, Melinda W.
