From the beginning of this process, Don Edwards was very informative and explained in detail how everything works in this market. I appreciated the time he spent with me to make me a more educated consumer. He referred me to his colleague, Bryana Hamilton, who 'held my hand' from the moment we gave the OK to proceed until after the vehicle was delivered.
