This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had from a shipping company. I was low balled, mislead, now follow up and played by this company. They tried to give me a price so low that no driver would pick up the order and wait to notify you the day of so that you can add more money to the bid. This is a sad case of misleading the customer on purpose. I hope this is reflected in their rating because I used this to pick my company and I am a little disappointed at both parties. This is not how we do business. Just Sad!!!!
