The service from Magic Carpet was excellent. The car was picked up on the earliest date available for pickup and it was delivered a day and half earlier than expected. I was nervous shipping the car because I had never done it before and I had to get the car to its destination by a certain date and with the help of Magic Carpet, I got the car there a week early. Customer Service was very helpful in answering my questions during the whole process. The dispatcher was excellent and kept me well-informed. The cost went up slightlly from original quote but it was minimal and well worth it to ensure the car arrived on time.
