I was very pleased with the customer service provided by Sue and Lori.
They are on the west coast and I was on the east coast so the 3 hour time difference did not have an effect on communications. Sue even called me back on her day off.
I would highly recommend them for transporting your vehicles.
This was my fist time using a service like this and naturally I had concerns. All went exactly as Sue explained it would.
