This is the third time that I have shipped a vehicle and this is by far the best experience that I have had doing so. Last time, I used another company; which failed miserably and turned to Magic Carpet, who answered my questions even though they were not shipping my vehicle. That kind of service is certainly a rarity, and is the reason that I went with Magic Carpet for this shipment.

I could not be more pleased either. The process was painless, everything was explained to and handled for me, and the vehicle arrived as promised. What more could one ask for at a great price?!

Magic Carpet is the only company that I will use in the future for shipping vehicles. Lloyd set everything up, emailed and called me to explain everything, as well as to see how everything was proceeding. Bryanna called several times to advise of pick up and delivery times, and even called after delivery to make sure that everything was as promised. By far the best customer service I have had in any business dealings. I could not be more pleased.
