My son was transferred to Twentynine Palms, CA and being able to meed the driver outside the base gates was iffy. Eric, the driver, said that he lived about 14 miles from base and could work with him on delivery times. Eric talked with our son and they decided it would work best for Eric to take the truck to his house and our son picked it up later that evening when he could get someone to drive him there. It was such a relief that Eric was willing to do this.

I had submitted a form online for transportation estimates and got a lot of calls from brokers. I got low and high estimates. This was our first time to transport anything and after talking to all of them I didn't feel at ease because it just didn't feel right. I kept putting off my decision because I felt very uncomfortable with all of them especially after reading their reviews. I got back on the internet and somehow came across Magic Carpet. I read the reviews and saw they were in the WA area and called them. I immediately felt comfortable with them and am so glad I chose them.

Bryana kept on top of everything and called and emailed several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The driver also kept in contact and we so appreciated how he made it easier for the pickup. Magic Carpet was at the top of the price estimates but was worth it for the peace of mind.
